eBOS is pleased to share the successful outcome of a recent workshop held in collaboration with its strategic partner, ComplyAdvantage, on October 2nd. This interactive event aimed to empower our teams by deepening their understanding of ComplyAdvantage’s compliance technology, equipping us to better serve our customers.

It was a full day workshop, kicked off with a Sales Enablement session, designed to provide the Sales and Customer Support teams with a comprehensive overview of ComplyAdvantage’s platform.

The second half of the day featured a highly informative Technical Engagement session, offering our technical team a detailed “under the hood” demo of the platform’s key features. This deep dive into the solution’s technical aspects helped our team gain an in-depth understanding of how the platform operates.

The technical walkthrough also equipped our Customer Support team with the knowledge needed to guide customers in maximising the platform’s capabilities, reinforcing our commitment to exceptional support.

A key focus of the workshop was the integration of ComplyAdvantage’s advanced AI technology with eBOS’s WiseBOS Screening module. By combining these powerful tools, WiseBOS users will benefit from enhanced real-time detection and mitigation of financial crime risks. This integration not only reduces false positives but also shortens onboarding cycle times, helping our customers stay compliant while improving operational efficiency.
